I'm looking for a history of FaceTime calls with one person. I speak to this person via FaceTime roughly once a week. I see them in my FaceTime history, but for some reason, I only see my most recent phonecall with them. In fact, only the most recent call is listed for each person in my FaceTime history. Is it possible to view all FaceTime calls from one person?

If you use an iPhone with the same Apple ID you can find it listed in your phone call history. Here's more information from the View and delete the call history on your iPhone resource on how to check that:
Open the Phone app, then tap Recents to view a list of recent calls
