syncdefaults eating 100% of system processor in Ventura

Hi there.

Syncdefaults is using 100% of my processor and the fans on my iMac are maxed out. This happens when I am turning off iCloud Drive sync.

Is this a bug? I have done a sysdiagnose.

I would like to send it to Apple for analysis and to help sort out any problems or a potential bug. How do I do this? Is there a feedback assistant for Mac? if I am not on the beta program?

Thanks.
