AirPods Pro Imbalance Sound Issue

Hello Apple Community,

I am having imbalance between the left and right in AirPods Pro 1st generation. I have been noticing the imbalance for couple of weeks. When this happens, I had to remove both pairs from my ears and put them back on, then the balance is adjusted. It happens when I pause with force touch for a while and play it back.

Both version for the AirPods and iOS are up to date—5B58 and iOS 16.1.2 on iPhone 12 Pro.

Is it iOS issue or it is just the AirPods is old? I purchased it in 2019 so. Thank you.

Definitely not, ever since they rolled the latest update for the airpods pro since the launch of the 2nd gen I've been having issues all the time.

I actually have to completely disconnect from my Mac on Bluetooth and reconnect to fix the same issue you're describing.

I have also other issues like, the AirPods will say they are connected to both Mac, iPhone and iPad(at different times of course) and at all of them the audio will keep playing on the speakers, I have to manually go to Bluetooth and disconnect and reconnect, it's so annoying.

Also, whenever I went out on the street I wouldn't be able to hear the cars very well through the music I play, even though its the same type of music, it's almost like is doing not much other attenuation the highs of the sound of cars.

So many issues since the launch of the 2nd Gen, I just went and bought a Sony one and works better. So annoying
