Sleep/Wake Up Alarm

I have deleted the tiresome and unwanted Heath app….but when I try to use the Sleep/Wake Up Alarm it tells me i need to install the Health App. So that’s not happening, but the question is, why is that function appearing when the App it apparently relies on is not installed. Maybe one for the Apple developers, unless someone can tell me how to 1) delete the Sleep/Wake Up Alarm from the alarms screen or 2) use it without installing the Health app? Thanks.
