It shows when i check my serial number and when i researched about it i heard you have to pay a visit to store with bill and they will resolve the issue but i lost my receipt what should I do ?

If you believe the information is incorrect regarding your coverage, an invoice or receipt may be needed as proof of purchase. If purchased from the Apple Store or Apple Online Store, you can request another copy. The view or print invoice option from Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple will help if purchased in the Apple Online Store.
