FYI - The storage available on your iPhone is different from the storage available on iCloud. Double check the available free space on iCloud by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud: Here, at the Top, you will see the total available storage space on iCloud. What does it state there?
