I keep trying to update my app and it says that I had a billing problem so u went and canceled the subscription it was talking about but it’s still won’t let me update it

There is a billing problem with a previous puchase.

Tap Continue and sign in to view your billing information.

 

When you get that message, to fix the issue you may need to change your payment method, see: 

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required'

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support
