Iphone 13 pro vibrates only once on calls. When ringing, it vibrates once for a very short amount of time and never again. Doesn’t matter if its on vibrate mode or not. I have tried different ring tones and even a custom vibration pattern but nothing seems to fix this. Even normal notification vibrations are very short. I am on ios 16.1.1

I switched to Apple in October 2021 and I had this exact same problem on my iPhone 13 Max Pro. Apple recently was sent me a brand new iPhone 13 Max Pro due to an unrelated issue and still have this exact problem on my new device.
Iphone vibrates only once.
