So Instagram and tik tok wants to access my photos and it says on my settings basically I don’t have a option to switch it on or off .. my Instagram and tik tok was just working perfectly fine and out of nowhere it told me to access my photos and I somehow can’t get through.
Part of your issue is the fact that your iPhone is only showing a battery charge of 3%. I suggest that you plug the phone in and let it charge for an hour or so, get it up over 80% and turn off Low Power Mode. Then try to give permission to your apps to use your photos.
