Apple subscriptions

My husband signed up for Apple One. I have been paying for 200 GB of storage, but now I want to use his storage and cancel my subscription, but in Settings I can't let me downgrade my storage. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription and add myself to my wife's family plan. All other shared subscriptions are working.
