If you want to use cellular service on your Apple Watch, it must be with the same provider you use on your iPhone. They cannot be from two different carriers. So contact your cellular provider to see if they offer such a plan, but I doubt any carriers do. Typically, one pays $10/month to add a cellular line to their Apple Watch. Provided your carrier supports Apple Watch.
