Reset Lost iPhone

Hi, i have recently found a lost iPhone 7 and was wondering how I can reset it. so i can use it

I don't have the password or apple id

Can you help me?

Turn the phone into the police.

Unless you know the Apple ID and Password of the person who originally set up the iPhone, the phone is useless.
