Disable iPad gestures option

Is there any way to turn off some gestures in IOS 15 on the iPad? I care for people with medical conditions and learning difficulties, and the iPad is almost unusable since they made the multitasking compulsory. In particular I want to disable split screen, swiping up for the dock and swiping between apps. Thank you!

Multitasking settings - previously accessed from iPadOS14 Home Screen & Dock Settings - are not present in iPadOS15.0. Multitasking features and gestures cannot be disabled.


Apple do invite constructive feedback and feature requests via their product feedback pages:

Perhaps consider Guided Access - as in this mode you can effectively lock an iPad in a single App mode. While this is perhaps more restrictive than you would prefer, it may provide a viable workaround:
