If your iPhone network provider is locked, you may not be able to use it with a different mobile carrier unless you have it unlocked. To unlock your iPhone, you will need to contact your current mobile carrier and request an unlock. Your carrier may require you to meet certain criteria, such as being the original owner of the device and having completed your contract or paid off your device in full, before they will unlock it for you. Once your iPhone is unlocked, you should be able to use it with any compatible mobile carrier.
