I am having a problem with my iPhone 14 .. whenever I am on a call, the volume won’t change when it’s by my ear .. it’s the same level always.. it is not only calls, also the WhatsApp’s voice messages ..
my phone has the latest update now 16.1.2
I also tried turning on “prevent lock to end call” as I saw on google.. but still the same ..
hopefully we get an update fixing this bug ASAP!

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone. Although simple, this step can help correct some unexpected issues. To help isolate what could be causing this behavior, remove any cases or screen protectors, then test your device.
