Upgrade to Ventura reset Disk Access for: XProtect, smbd, and sshd-keygen-wrapper, what is the default?

After upgrading to Venture I was looking through everything in System Settings and found that the upgrade had turned off full disk access for three items that were previously in Monterey:

smbd

sshd-keygen-wrapper

XProtect

I thought the defaults for these was on, for full disk access, previously. What is the default in Ventura? Shouldn't XProtect be on since that's the macOS built-in anti-virus/malware system? Or has this changed in Ventura?

Mac mini, macOS 13.0

Apple makes no statement/Help Topic/reference about all these added in Ventura.

If you use file sharing turn it on ...etc

the default was Xprotect off as you see it. I turned mine on with no ill effect.

These may well be features that will get activated as the new macOS matures and point updates roll out.
