Unable to set up Family Sharing with my husband

I pay $2.99 per month for iCloud storage and they say I can share with family which is NOT happening. Says “this action cannot be completed at this time” and I am SO FRUSTRATED. I called support and it’s the blind leading the blind!

I can understand that that kind of message can be frustrating. Sometimes it helps to have the devices involved take a fresh look at settings:

- Try signing out of accounts and back in again.

- Restarting is a simple step that can resolve many unexpected behaviors.


If a problem persists, particularly over several days, try contacting Apple for assistance. I know you did that already but if the problem persists for that long then it is unlikely it is a computer server issue and is something the Apple tech. people have to figure out for you.


Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
