Contact Birthdays

With some of my contacts I will add their birthday, and it will be visible for a couple seconds, and then it will self delete. I have read a bunch of other threads and followed the instructions and nothing has helped. This is also frustrating because it is intermittent, nothing has changed, and I have not had this problem in the past.

Adding Birthday to Contacts iOS 18.2 I added several birthdays to contacts and noticed later that none of them were actually there. I then added one to a contact and noticed that after I had added it, selected “done” and watched the window, after about 15 seconds it just disappeared. Not sure what’s going on but no error messages, nothing, just edits that disappear. BTW this happened on my iPad and iPhone so it’s a feature of the Contacts app or iOS 18.

January 1, 1601 birthday showing up in contacts How do I delete these birthdays that have randomly shown up in my contacts? Too time expensive to delete 1 at a time. In ALL my devices (ipad, ipad mini, mac, iphone, etc.)

Birthday still showing on deleted contact I deleted a contact yet the birthday still shows on the printed calendar. Any fixes?

Which format are you updating> MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
