German predictive text on English keyboard?

Hello everyone. I’m having a very weird issue with my iPhone 12.

Recently, I upgraded my phone to my mother’s hand-me-down iPhone 12. I started fresh, no backups loaded or anything… But, for some reason, my keyboard seems to predict that I’m going to speak German on my English (US) keyboard.

I do not speak German. My mother does not speak German. I don’t know anyone who speaks German.I thought this could be my dad playing a practical joke and downloading the German dictionary onto my phone, but it’s not there. I only have English (US,) Emoji, and Korean keyboards. I have absolutely no idea where this could have come from, but it’s definitely strange. I’ve checked in all of my settings, and I don’t see anything regarding German at all. Is this a glitch of some kind? Or maybe I missed something when looking into this? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
