Blocked id

The account is blocked. I change the password, the account is unlocked, and then when you log in to the password and security ask you to confirm the id I confirm, the next notification, open the settings to log in with the account, I click open and the account is blocked. And so constantly when changing the password. Help me figure it out, I can't write to support because it blocks my account. Maybe someone has encountered?
