Отмена подписки

Я переехала в другую страну, необходимо сменить регион. Мне необходимо отменить подписку Apple Musik , я отменила но написано срок 01.01.2023, а регион все равно поменять невозможно. Что мне делать? Регион необходимо срочно поменять
