Since installing IOS 16.1.2 the volume for texts is stuck so low it's hard to hear. The ringtone volume for calls works fine. I tried moving the slider on ringtone and alert volume up and down as suggested with no effect. I have Change with Buttons turned on. I rebooted my iPhone 14. No change with any suggested fixes. Any ideas?

Not helpful at all. When I finally got through to Apple tech support chat line, the tech told me this is a known problem/ bug and staff is working on a fix.
