Random phone calls
My watch randomly dials a number in my contacts. Middle of night if I’m wearing it or during day too

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone and Apple Watch. Although simple, this step can correct some unexpected issues. If the issue persists after restarting, it's a good idea to make sure your devices are running the latest OS version, as this can help with overall performance: Apple security updates.
