Spreadsheet in Numbers

is it possible to copy the formatting from one spreadsheet to another? I have some reports I do that are YTD and I don't want to have to type the data in every year

Have you tried going to the "tab" at the top and choosing 'Duplicate' from the dropdown? Then work from the duplicate.
