does the iphone have an actual GPS chip that can locate outside of cell areas, or do they use location services?
Need to know if we can get a GPS location where there are no cell towers.
How accurate is the GPS. Can we get within 10 feet?

All iPhones have GPS chips except the first one (from 2007).
