How do I transfer my Apple TV settings, apps, etc from my old Apple TV ( HD - no One Home Screen) to my new 4K Apple TV?

when i setup my appletv4k se it asked me if I wanted to transfer the stuff and I said yes and it did, still had to put in passwords for apps like netflix and amazon prime and the likes though
