Hey, I have recently purchased an Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch for my kid and it does not seem to be responsive and is not functioning properly like this website I would appreciate any help or suggestions about what I could do about that.

The Apple App Store App (this being installed on all iPads) is the source for all the Apps and Games that are available for iPad. Just open the App - and browse the App categories in which you have interest.

You can only download and install Apps from the Apple App Store. As such, you’ll not be able to install the App from the linked or other websites.

Yes, there are thousands of games available for the iPad. However none are compatible from the spammy Android hack site linked in your initial post.
