Bluetooth connection issues on Ventura 13.0.1

Is anyone else having problems connecting to some bluetooth devices with the update to Ventura? I am on a MBP 14". My bluetooth connection to my logitech keyboard is constantly lagging and having delays. It's almost like the keyboard goes to sleep and then reconnects after a couple key presses. That's not the case though as its something on the MacOS side. If I type "sudo pkill bluetoothd" into the terminal that seems to resolve my issues for a while but I need to do this a couple times a day.

Is there Their Party Software from Logitech required & installed to make the Logitech Keyboard Function ?

Let us hope so but from what I have seen, Logitech is not too responsive when the S hits the fan ( Their Software does not work )
