Keep getting unknown message on legitimate sites that opened before

Keep getting this message on legitimate sites that opened before. Tried older suggestions - use chrome , delete history - but no success - same problem on all apple devices - iOS up to date all but most recent as have ti wait until office checks to make sure no bugs first- thx in advance

then a long stream follows but site listed as r20.rs6.net.

has a marketing link item at end of original message implying that link is trying to protect me. Support group had recommendations before that I tried but didn’t work on any apple device using safari or chrome . Tried clearing history on safari and chrome but still didn’t work . I hate when the sites try keep me from access on known sites that I used before. The message was on original message to apple and I guess got lost on transfer to group.
