macbook pro ProMotion display duplicating and glitching

Hi,

My macbook pro 14 inch 2021 (M1) suddenly showed an issue with the display. It´s duplicating / mirroring at the bottom and glitching. The glitching only happens while on ProMotion.

It hasn´t received a hits or spilled anything.

I´ve tried restarting the mac, running it on safe mode, and nothing. When connecting it to an external display, the issue doesn´t show on the external display.

Any ideas what it could be?
