So recently my iCloud storage was full and decided to upgrade to 50GB and I can receive emails as I’ve tested myself but do not seem to be getting emails I’ve expecting. An example would be a confirmation email to a package at the time I ordered when my iCloud was full and couldn’t receive emails. Do I have to wait till ltr to receive all my missing emails?
If your iCloud storage was full, then incoming emails would have been rejected and the sender informed they could not be delivered. Most of those would need to be resent by the sender for you to get them. Some may still be cached and may catchup in awhile, but most simply will never arrive as they were rejected by the server as undeliverable.
It would be the same with any IMAP email service if your storage was full. The email service would simply stop accepting incoming emails for your account.

Great question! Depending on the amount of emails you have, it can take some time to download back onto your iCloud email storage. We recommend a few days for it to completely restore if you have a lot of emails.
