Welcome to Apple Support Communities. You can view the last 100 calls in your call history by opening the Phone app, and then tapping "Recents". Get more info on this here: View and delete the call history on your iPhone - Apple Support
If you need to see further into the call history, you will need to contact your wireless provider.
