Alright. Im trying to contact them but im not sure where to directly reach out to the itunes staff. Is that just the Apple support general staff because that's all i can find. If not, can you by chance provide me with an email to reach out to? Thanks!
If you haven't spent any of the balance, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the card. Otherwise, no.
