Let's turn your TV off and back on, and also disconnect any external speakers that may be connected to your TV. That should help to isolate any temporarily conflicts.


Should that still persist, do you experience difficulties when watching videos using other apps on your TV?


How about if you attempt to use the Apple TV app on another device?
