Did your parents set up restrictions on your iPhone? If they did, ask them to remove them if they feel it appropriate to do so.

Restrictions but I don’t have Restrictions? I have been struggling with this for some time now. When I try to download 17+ apps I am not allowed yet my restrictions are set to allow all apps. What apps?

If someone else set up the restrictions, you will have to ask them to release the restrictions.
