Apple Music cutting out and randomly

How do I get my Apple Music to stop cutting out then starting up at some indeterminate amount of time at a new song in a new album?

Hi cacilia160,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. This sounds like possibly a connection issue. Does this happen on Wi-Fi or cellular? Test on multiple networks to see if it may be isolated to a certain network.

If so, it may also be helpful to download some of your songs for offline listening. That way, you can listen anywhere without a network connection. The following guidance is from Add music to iPhone and listen offline - Apple Support.

"Download music from Apple Music to your iPhone

  • Download a song, album, or playlist: Touch and hold music you’ve added to your library, then tap Download.
  • After you’ve added a playlist or album, you can also tap the Download button at the top of the screen.
  • Note: You must turn on Sync Library to download music from Apple Music to your library (go to Settings  > Music, then turn on Sync Library).
  • Always download music: Go to Settings > Music, then turn on Automatic Downloads.
  • Songs you add are automatically downloaded to iPhone.
  • See download progress: On the Library screen, tap Downloaded Music, then tap Downloading."

Best of luck.
