Hello Samuëlr,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand you're looking to upgrade to iCloud+, but keep getting an error message, right?

If we have that correct, let's first confirm that you have the latest iOS version installed on your iPhone. If an update is available, installing this can help to remove the possibility of a disruption in the connection being related to the iOS version. You'll want to make sure you have a recent backup of your iPhone before installing the update, and you can find helpful steps on this here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you have the latest iOS version installed already, let's see if this continues with a different Wi-Fi network. We'd recommend checking out the other steps of the following resource to see if they help. While we know iCloud may not be called out in the resource, this will help to clear up connection related concerns: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet

Use any web browser to connect to any website. If nothing loads, use another device on the same network to see if it can connect to any website. If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it. If you still can’t connect to your Wi-Fi network, contact your internet provider for more help. If only your first device can’t connect to the internet, get help with Wi-Fi on your iPhone or iPadApple WatchApple TV, or Mac.

If you use cellular service to connect to the internet on your iPhone or iPad, make sure that you have cellular data turned on for the app that you're using. To do this, open the Settings app, tap Cellular, then turn on Cellular Data.

If you have another device to try upgrading to iCloud+ with, see if you receive the same error message. The following resource will include steps to help with upgrading on other devices: Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support

We hope that's able to clear this up for you. If not, confirm which steps you've tried. In addition, let us know that you have the latest software version along with any additional helpful information. We'll use these details to provide a more helpful response.

Take care!
