Why can’t I get apps on the Apple Store?

It says that I need to log in Every time I try to get a app and then when I do it said I need to put in my car information even when the app I want is free then when I do it says “ insufficient funds” then it won’t let me get the app and starts the whole process again how do I fix that?

You need to update your payment method or add a new one

  • If you want to change your card, add first the new card, then remove the old one.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
