So... normally when you want to play some music on your iphone, you will first open your music APP and then in your music library you will choose the music you want to listen.
But what if your music libaray is empty? Easy, just upload your music to the libaray first, then choose the music you like to listen.
The same logic applies to shortcut too.
When you creat a new shortcut it's like you opened a freshly downloaded music APP for the first time, your music libaray should be empty.
It means newly created shortcut it's just like the empty music library. you will first need to upload your sound file to the shortcut first, wich has been explained in step 2 to 4, only then you will be able to ues the sound file to do things you like, for example, play it, wich has been explained in step 5 to 9.
