The 2016 Honda Accord was the first model that supported CarPlay. That means you'll be looking at connecting your iPhone to your Honda using Bluetooth or USB, if supported by your model and stereo system.
How to connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your car

- Restart your device.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and turn off Bluetooth. Wait for about 5 seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on.
