The iPhone 6 cannot run any iOS beyond 12.x.x.x. It lacks the components needed to run newer software. If you need the newer version you will need a newer phone.
Sorry, not possible. The iPhone 6 cannot be updated past iOS 12.5.6. It lacks the hardware, RAM and CPU, to run anything newer.
Sorry, this is not possible. The iPhone 6 can update to iOS 12.5.6 but no further.
