Unable to setup Spatial Audio for AirPods Pro 2

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are attempting to set up Personalized Spatial Audio using the steps from Listen with Personalized Spatial Audio for AirPods and Beats - Apple Support but are having some issues. Right?

It may help to make sure that your AirPods firmware is up-to-date. This is a simple step that can resolve many AirPods issues. The following guidance is from About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support. "To use your iPhone or iPad to check that your AirPods are up to date, make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, then tap the Info button next to the name of your AirPods. Scroll down to the About section to find the firmware version."

Test for the issue and if needed, reset the AirPods Pro. As mentioned in How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support, your AirPods may need to be reset to fix some issues. The following steps are from that same article.

1. Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.

2. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Open the lid of your charging case.

4. With your AirPods in your ears and connected to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Bluetooth, or Settings > [your AirPods], and tap the More Info button  next to your AirPods. If you don't see your AirPods in Settings > Bluetooth or in Settings > [your AirPods], just go to the next step.

5. Tap Forget This Device, and tap again to confirm.

6. With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then white.

7. Reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Follow the steps on your device's screen.
