how can I see a list of "payment for apple services" ON MY COMPUTER, not on my Iphone?

Why is it so obscure and complicated to find out what the bleep I have paid for? I need to do this for my accounting and budgeting. I can find subscriptions, and I can find apps that I bought, but when a "Payment for apple services" shows up in my paypal account, I don't know where to look.It could be anything-----a movie, an app, etc. Where can I find a straightforward list of ALL my purchases? ON MY DESKTOP, not my iphone.

Follow on after checking on an Apple M-Class MacBook Air with Touch ID.

I can see as per the below image ( with personal Info Redacted )

As I have not made recent purchases - nothing to show.

Though, Only on this machine with the Touch ID Equipped computer - I do get alerts on both iPhone and this computer when the Credit Card is Charged and has been received by the Credit Card Companies

Will have to check, it may depend on if the computer has the Touch ID Feature built into computer
