I can’t hear and no one can hear me on my iPhone 7

Everytime I receive a call on my phone, I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me, also when I try and send a video on Facebook messenger, it says “You can’t record a video during a call” I’m so confused to why it’s doing this… Please can somebody help me?

When I make calls on my iPhone, we cannot hear each other. I can call people but they dont hear me and i dont hear them.Thats not all,i cant send voice messagec in instagram,messanger etc.Someone help pls [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hi, I don’t think it’s a microphone problem. It’s just constantly saying I’m in a call when I’m not.
