how can i change it back? "disable inline attachment previews and view as icon when composing new mail"

few days ago, i try to change the setting of MAIL app, but I really regret it now, some body please help to tell us, how can i change it back to original?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.0

How to input the command "defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -bool yes" in Terminal.app to show Email attachments as Icons in OS Catalina mail.
