Can't update iPhone 11
it won’t let me update my phone and i’m connected to internet but it still won’t let me update

Hi, and Welcome to the Apple Community.
Seems you need a strong signal when updating over wi-fi.
If you have a computer, or can borrow one from a trusted friend / family member.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Finder - Apple Support
or,
if necessary, and possible, make an appointment at a local Apple Store and use a computer there.
Eg: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
