blocked contacts
one of my blocked contacts in the settings list says “mobile” next to it, what does it mean? it’s the only one that says that.

That contact has multiple Phone Numbers against their names only the numbers labled mobile have been blocked
Open the Contacts app to see which number is labled "mobile". Please see the pic below
