Cannot resolve .local hostname after upgrading to macOS Ventura 13.0.1

I recently upgraded to macOS Ventura 13.0.1 and I cannot resolve my .local hostnames anymore.

ssh: Could not resolve hostname vncs2: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

I tried:

turn any of the sharing services ON in the system preferences - didn't work for me.

also solutions from the Community and Web.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue or have any idea how this could be resolved? Thanks a lot, very much appreciated!

Does it help if you change the hostname? Change your computer’s name or local hostname on Mac - Apple Support

Let’s check if the issue persists when signed in on a different user account.

If you are experiencing the issue when signed in on a different user account, please check if the issue persists while on safe mode.

Safe mode does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility.

Same DNS configuration for general resolver.

other resolvers are unreachable (they are random strings for servers, not sure where they came from).

I've got the same results in safe mod & different user.

be in mind that all macs was upgraded from 12 to 13, and generally have this issue.

I will try formatting next,but even if it'll work that's not a solution because we are talking about ton of macbooks, And I need something that could be done at least remotely.
