My Apple Watch won’t allow a forced restart by holding the side button and crown. I get the time and a red lightning bolt. That fades after a few seconds, reappears then there’s no response. Please help. What can I do or what’s wrong with my watch?

Seems your Watch may just need charging,
The battery is low, when the red lightning bolt appears.
