Compromised login and password notice on Iphone

I got a notice via my Apple iphone about a website login and password of mine that had been supposedly compromised. This is via the Iphone, not messages, messenger, FB etc. My question is: if the website is not one I have ever used, and the password is not one I have ever used, should I be concerned?. I have tried researching the website and it doesn't exist according to Google. No elements of the password shown come close to anything I have ever used, partially or fully. I do understand how compromises come about but in this case nothing about the warning pertains to me or my emails/passwords. Curious….

Thanks for your reply. I dont think its applicable in this case. Its not an email notification, or a message, or messenger, whatsapp or any third part method. . Its an Apple Iphone Security Recommendation. Its in the Setup Menu Settings-Passwords-Security Recommendations. Its a site I have never been to, a user name I have never used, and a password I have never used. Why would Apple send this to my phone? I understand Phishing and thousands of scams, so am fairly savvy of the multitude of avenues they arrive in. This was from Apple via my Iphone menu which requires Facial recognition to get into even see it. My question is, if this is phishing or any other type if scam, how did they access Apples Security Recommendation system and/or my Iphone direct? Is/are Apple systems under attack? Here is a pic of the relevant part of the Iphone Security recommendation screen. It has blanked the password. Its not necessary to show it anyway, and obviously whilst its not one I’ve used, i wont give away what I have or haven’t ever used in any detail at all.

As advised also, whatever method I use to discover who or what the website is, I come up with non-existent.
